Bert Woll Fabric One-Year Warranty

Bert Woll Fabrics stands behind all material and fabric it supplies to our customers. Bert Woll Fabrics will happily repair or replace all fabric and material that fails to give normal wear within a reasonable time frame up to 1 year from date of delivery. At Bert Woll Fabrics discretion, we can substitute comparable fabric when original material is no longer available. Please note, normal wear does not include soiling, pilling, pet damage, stains, cuts, burns, fading, (unless UV specified), The warranty does exclude damage caused by improper installation, cleaning, topical treatment, application or unreasonable use. Note: warranty applies to material only, not labour.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice and upon approved credit. Shipments are all F.O.B. the Burnaby, B.C. Bert Woll Fabrics Distribution Center.
  
  
• Overdue Accounts will be charged a 1.0% monthly (12% per Annum) service charge.
  
  
• Reservations or “Holds” on fabric will be honored for 72 hours.
  
  
• Showroom Samples are supplied “No Charge” to our customers, but remain the property of Bert Woll Fabrics.
  
  
• Memo Samples are supplied “No Charge” to our customers and will be fulfilled in a timely manner.
  
  
• Returns will be accepted only with prior written authorization. Material may not be returned if it is cut, marked or used. Cuts less than 10 yards cannot be returned.
